Apparel Made Upon Request

Our apparel is created using print-on-demand services, which means each item is made upon request after your order is placed.
Orders are fulfilled in the order received so that each piece may be prepared with care and intention.

Apparel Fulfillment

Please allow approximately 14–21 business days for apparel fulfillment.
This timeframe allows for print-on-demand production, processing, and preparation before your order is shipped.

House Protocol

We'll have it made.
We'll prepare it.
We'll add the LUI Hug. 🤎
We'll package it.
We'll ship it.
We'll send tracking.
The carrier will bring it home to you.

Order Updates

After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email confirming that your order has been received.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
