Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number. Once confirmed, we will do the right thing at that time to make it right.

Note: Refund policies apply on standard business days only (Mon–Wed). No consultations, refunds, or adjustments are handled on weekends, holidays, or my birthday.
