Processing & Shipping Days

Monday–Wednesday: Standard processing and shipping. Orders are typically fulfilled within 1–2 business days.

Thursday: Reserved for recorded custom consultations only. No shipping.

Friday: Reserved for email correspondence. Orders may ship if processed before close of business Friday; otherwise, they ship Monday.

Weekends, Holidays, & My Birthday: No processing or shipping on Saturdays, Sundays, U.S. holidays, or my birthday. Thank you for respecting this schedule.

Address Accuracy — ZIP+4 Required

A complete and accurate shipping address (including ZIP+4 and any apartment/unit number) is required at checkout.
⚠️ It takes only one missed digit or letter to prevent delivery. Please check your address two or three times before submitting.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If a package is returned, the customer is invoiced for reshipment. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
